How diagnosis and hardware faults are charged

Diagnosis and troubleshooting are chargeable on the agreed basis, even if the result is advice or a referral rather than a completed fix. Extra chargeable work is discussed before continuing.

If a physical hardware fault is identified in the first ten minutes of a visit or remote session, there is nothing to pay for that appointment. We explain the next step. This is a limited hardware-triage exception, not a general “no fix, no fee” offer.

Pricing questions

Will you agree the total before starting?
Yes. We confirm the work, the complete price and any equipment or licence costs before you agree to proceed. If the job changes, we discuss extra work and its charge first.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. You can arrange a one-off visit, remote session or business project. Ongoing support is a separate choice.
Do you cover my part of North London?
We cover North London, with travel included for visits. Send your postcode and a brief description so we can arrange the right appointment.
What about cancellations?
Your booking sets out the cancellation terms for the work, including any applicable consumer rights. Read the service terms.
