01The local difference

What the support plans include

Visits are in the price

Three visits a month on the £279 small-office plan, or unlimited visits on the per-person plans, fair use applies. Travel across North London is on us.

Based in Crouch End

We’re based in Crouch End, N8. Highgate, Muswell Hill, Hampstead, Islington and Finchley are a short trip across North London.

The same face each time

One engineer gets to know your people, your desks and your kit. A second person knows your setup too, so a holiday doesn’t leave you stuck.

Meet us before you sign

We visit, look at how your office runs and give you a fixed monthly price. The assessment is free and there’s no obligation.

Remote when it’s quicker

Suitable account and sign-in problems can be handled remotely. We arrange a visit when the job needs someone on site.

Everyday office IT, covered

Staff computers, printers, the office Wi-Fi and Microsoft 365: the things that actually stop a working day.

No VAT is charged. Licences, hardware and any travel charge outside North London are itemised before you agree anything. Guide fees for the scopes described. Every plan covers one business at one office address. Small office is £279 a month for up to five people and five PCs, a launch price for our first ten offices; after those it is £399 a month. On Essentials and Managed, unlimited visits are for covered work under the fair-use policy below. Visits outside the plan, such as other addresses, evenings or areas outside North London, are £95 an hour (minimum one hour), agreed before we come. Microsoft licences, the backup service’s licence and hardware are separate and itemised before you agree anything. Plans run month to month with 30 days’ notice. The final figure follows the free on-site assessment of your current setup.

03How visits work, in plain English

Included visits and booking

Three visits, or no count at all. On Small office you get three visits a month, each up to 90 minutes of work at your desks; travel doesn’t come out of that time. On Essentials and Managed we don’t count visits at all — that is the fair-use policy, and there is no extra charge however many visits your office needs for covered work.

When we come. On Small office and Managed, whenever you want someone there: a fault or a planned job, your choice. Managed also gets a booked check-in every month. On Essentials, whenever a problem can’t be fixed properly remotely; a visit for something we can fix remotely is £95 an hour, or you can move up a plan. On every plan, suitable password-reset and sign-in problems are handled remotely.

What visits are for. Problems with, and agreed changes to, the computers, printers, office Wi-Fi and Microsoft 365 your plan covers, at your office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (not bank holidays), in North London.

How visits are booked. Your named contacts ask for a visit and we agree a time. Non-urgent jobs are grouped into one visit. A Small office visit is up to 90 minutes on site; on the per-person plans, up to two hours. A bigger job carries on at the next visit.

Unused visits. Small office visits don’t roll over into the next month. But a visit you asked for that we couldn’t fit in does carry over, and a return trip to finish or fix our own work never counts as one of your three.

When we aim to arrive. On Managed, by the next working day. On Small office and Essentials, within two working days. These are targets for getting to you, not a guaranteed fix time, and three visits is an allowance rather than three emergency call-outs.

What isn’t a plan visit. Project work, training sessions, hardware repairs, cabling, moving equipment, personal devices and other addresses. We quote these separately or charge £95 an hour, and agree it with you first.

Problems you already have. Anything already broken when you join is fixed as a one-off setup job, priced after the free assessment. From then on, your plan’s visits cover the work.

Wasted trips. If we arrive and can’t get in, or you cancel after we’ve set off, there’s a £49 charge.

If you need a lot of visits. Some offices do, usually because of a faulty printer, an unreliable connection or equipment near the end of its life. We’ll work out why with you and fix the cause. On the per-person plans your price doesn’t go up because you’ve used it a lot; on Small office, if three visits a month isn’t enough for months on end, we’ll tell you and move you to a per-person plan rather than sell you extra visits.

04Day-to-day office IT

Examples of covered work

Someone joins

An account, a licence, a laptop set up and ready, and a first sign-in that works on their first morning.

Someone leaves

Access removed at the agreed time, the mailbox handled the way you asked, and the licence freed up for the next person.

A phone gets lost

Multi-factor reset and re-registered, without a day of someone being locked out of everything.

A laptop gets replaced

Enrolled, policies applied, applications installed, signed in and handed over ready to work.

The printer stops printing

Reconnected, set up again where needed and tested from the desks that use it.

The Wi-Fi keeps dropping

We check it in the office and fix the setup, or tell you clearly when the problem is the broadband.

A machine slows to a crawl

We find the cause, clear out what shouldn’t be there and tell you if it’s time to replace it.

Headcount changes

Unused licences reassigned, and paid quantities reduced when your subscription terms allow.

Access changes

A new shared folder, a team that needs separating, a permission that was too wide. Agreed and recorded.

A support plan covers the agreed day-to-day work for a monthly fee. New projects and work outside the plan are quoted separately.

05Local, with cover

Your support contact and cover

Our plans include on-site visits for covered work across North London. The plan you choose sets out when a visit is included and how it is arranged.

Small office includes three visits a month. Essentials and Managed include unlimited visits for covered work, subject to the fair-use policy. Your agreement identifies your named contact and cover arrangements. We document the setup and work carried out so support can be handed over when needed.

Website, software and automation projects are available separately from the support plans.

06Said plainly

Work quoted separately

Hardware. We don’t repair hardware. If a machine has failed physically, we tell you, point you to a repairer, and set it back up for you afterwards as part of your plan.

Visits outside the plan. Visits to other addresses, outside business hours or outside North London are agreed first and charged at £95 an hour.

Around-the-clock cover. The plans do not include 24/7 cover, continuous security monitoring or an emergency incident-response service. A response target is not a guaranteed fix time.

New projects. A migration, a new website, a workflow build or an app is quoted separately. A support plan is for keeping the agreed systems working, not an unlimited development budget.

Specialist systems. Work on specialist software, supplier portals or equipment is assessed and quoted separately when it falls outside the plan.

Appointments and service hours

Each plan records your office address, your named engineer and their cover, your named contacts, support hours, how visits are booked, arrival targets, exclusions, how extra work is approved, and how either side ends it.

Your tenant, your domain and your accounts stay in your ownership throughout. Our administrative access exists for the work in the plan and is documented. If you end the arrangement, we provide the agreed handover.

A response target is not a guaranteed resolution time. A Microsoft outage, an unsupported device and a user setting are three different problems and we describe them as such.

Account ownership

Your accounts
and access.

Your domain and Microsoft tenant belong to you. Access is agreed for the work, and the handover explains what has been set up.
