Automation & workflows

Automation for
everyday business tasks.

We connect a defined process: the incoming information, the record it belongs in, a draft if useful and a person who decides the next step.

01 / INCOMING ENQUIRYNOT SENT

“We need our six-person office cleaned every Friday. Could you send a quote? We are in N8.”

Start with information the business already receives.

Interactive concept using fictional examples and fixed rules. It does not connect accounts, process customer data or send messages. An actual implementation uses tools and permissions agreed with you.

A practical starting scope

What the workflow project includes

Enquiries reach the right record.

Move agreed fields from a form or another suitable source into the place the business uses to manage work. Flag missing information.

Drafts are prepared for review.

Prepare a draft from the information and templates you approve. A person checks any price, promise, deadline or other commitment.

Exceptions have somewhere to go.

Test missing data, duplicates and failed connections. Explain who checks failures and how the task can still be completed manually.

An example, not a claimed client result

Example: handling a booking enquiry

INFORMATION RECEIVED

“Can you do Friday?”

The customer gives a preferred day, a location and an outline of the job.

INFORMATION ORGANISED

Prepare, don’t commit.

Record the request. Prepare a draft acknowledgement. Flag missing details rather than inventing them.

APPROVAL

The owner decides.

A person confirms the date and price. The implementation follows the agreed approval rules.

After handover

Maintenance after handover

An optional workflow-care plan starts at £149/month for an agreed process. It names the checks, failure handling, minor-change allowance and service windows. Usage charges and expanded functionality are separate.

Your accounts stay yours. We document dependencies and access so that the work does not rely on a hidden account only we control.

Regulated decisions, autonomous payments, security incidents and sensitive-data systems outside the agreed competence and scope are not included in this introductory offer.

03How we work

Agree the process before connecting the tools.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the job.

A plain-English description and your location. No passwords or sensitive documents.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope and charge.

We check whether we can help, explain the work and confirm a visit or project start.

  3. 03

    Get the work done.

Any material change to the agreed job is discussed before additional chargeable work.

  4. 04

    Know what changed.

We explain the result, leave the relevant details with you and agree any follow-up.

A few useful answers

Before you get in touch

Can we keep control of what gets sent?
Yes. We agree which steps can run automatically and where a person must review or approve the result.
Can it work with our existing Microsoft setup?
Potentially. We check the required permissions, available services, licences and data requirements. Setting up a tenant or enrolling devices is a separate Microsoft-workplace scope.
Does this example send anything?
No. It uses fictional inputs to show the stages. It does not connect accounts or send messages.
Will you guarantee a percentage saving?
No invented saving is part of the offer. Where a baseline exists, we can agree a practical comparison using the actual task and volume.
