02One business, two kinds of work

Your website and workplace setup

One side of the business prepares accounts, compatible computers, business mail and access. The other builds your identity, website, workflows and original software. Both are the same company and the same point of contact.

You get a joined-up launch brief without being forced into every service. We use an existing product when it meets the need, and build original software when there is a specific reason.

Domain and tenant ownership stay with your business. The proposal identifies what Northwired delivers, what is supplied by third parties and what happens after handover.

A few useful answers

Before you get in touch

Does selecting everything commit me to a purchase?
No. The selection becomes a brief for discussion. We check what you already have, agree dependencies and provide a written scope and charge before work.
Can I use my existing domain, Microsoft tenant or website?
Yes. Tick only the work you need. Existing access, licences and configuration are reviewed before changes. Complex migrations are not silently included in a new-business setup.
Is company formation or legal advice supplied directly?
The optional formation choice is coordination and arranging an appropriate route. Filings, identity verification and professional legal work are performed by you or an appropriately authorised or qualified provider agreed in advance. Professional fees and acceptance are separate.
Will customers be able to find the website?
We can configure owner-controlled Search Console access, submit a sitemap and check technical indexing requirements. Google controls crawling, inclusion and ranking. Business Profiles are subject to eligibility and verification.
Can an app be part of the launch?
Yes. Choose a database, a workflow or a custom business app. We agree the features, data, testing, ownership and continuing support.
Do I have to take a monthly plan?
No. Ongoing support, SEO, website care and application hosting/licensing are separate choices with defined work and limits. You can commission a one-off setup.
