Who is responsible

STILL NORTH MANAGEMENT LTD, company number 17457158, is responsible for information submitted to this service. You can use the contact form or email hello@northwired.uk for a privacy enquiry. The registered office is 61 Bridge Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3DJ.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, postcode, the service you need and a description. Phone number, preferred timing and other details are optional. A business enquiry can include your organisation and approximate team size.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or confidential client information. There is no upload field and we do not request access credentials through this form.

The server receives connection information necessary to deliver the site and protect the form, such as a network address and request headers. A short-lived, keyed hash is used for form rate-limiting; the application does not retain a browsing profile.

Package selections and shared links

The Business Start-Up Package stores selected service IDs, business stage, approximate team size and PC count in the page’s URL fragment. This lets you revisit or share the selection without an account. Your browser may retain that URL in its history or bookmarks, and anyone you share it with can read those choices.

When you continue to the enquiry form, the selections move into the contact-page URL and are sent to the server as part of that page request. The completed enquiry includes them alongside the contact details you submit. Names, email addresses, messages and phone numbers are not placed in the share link by the configurator.

A downloaded brief is a file saved on your device under your control. Sharing or downloading a selection does not submit an enquiry, place an order or call an AI service.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to understand the requested work, contact you, assess scope and prepare a quote. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling business and general enquiries, as appropriate.

Limited technical processing helps operate the site and prevent misuse. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. There are no automated decisions about eligibility or pricing on this website.

Who receives it

Enquiries are made available only to the people and service providers needed to handle them. The production email or approved webhook service delivers the enquiry to the designated business inbox or system. The hosting provider is Cloudflare, Inc.

We do not sell enquiry data. Providers, processing locations and any required transfer safeguards must be agreed for the actual hosting and delivery arrangement. If the service uses data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are required.

How long information is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally reviewed and removed after 6 months, unless there is a specific reason to retain them, such as an unresolved complaint or legal obligation. Customer records arising from an agreed service are covered by the relevant contract and retention arrangements.

Form-security records expire automatically after a short period. The development preview retains test enquiries locally for up to seven days and does not email them. Browser demonstration choices are not saved.

Your information rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to processing, and request portability where applicable. A request is assessed against the legal conditions; these rights are not identical in every situation.

Contact us with enough information to identify the enquiry. Do not send identity documents unless we agree a necessary and appropriate way to verify a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and third-party content

This site has no analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets, embedded video or external font requests. The application does not set cookies or use local storage. Interactive demonstrations run in your browser and do not send your choices to a service.
