Do you come to my home or office?
Yes. We visit homes and businesses across North London, with travel included. We confirm the job and appointment before coming out.
Can I just book a one-off job?
Yes. Home visits, remote help and projects can be arranged individually. You do not need an ongoing support plan.
What happens if it’s a hardware fault?
We focus on software, accounts, setup and networks. If a physical fault is identified in the first ten minutes, the appointment is not charged under the hardware-triage policy. Other diagnosis is chargeable on the agreed basis. Read the complete charging explanation.
Do you build websites as well as help with IT?
Yes. Websites, branding, business apps and workflows can be commissioned independently. We agree the scope, price, ownership and handover before work begins.
